An Introduction to Korean Cuisine

This class has already been filled.  Watch for additional events & courses.

The Centenary School for Creative Education is excited to be teaming up with Kim Jones to offer another exciting course.

The Korean word for “Korea” is “Han Gook.” Its literal translation is “Land of the Morning Calm.” Korean food, however, is anything but “calm’! Korean cuisine includes a wide variety of exotic ingredients and exciting flavors that are sure to make your mouth water. Come, experience Korean cooking firsthand by watching Kim prepare one of Korea’s signature dishes for the whole group to share. Because we want to have plenty for everyone, the group will be limited to the first 20 people. For more information email office@centenarymacon.org.
